School is still in! Still wearing masks but not complaining about it. We tried to prolong summer into September by doing lots of fun things outside. Grandpa hunted elk with his bow so we spent time at the cabin and when he shot one and couldn’t find it we hiked around looking for it. But no such luck! Tristan got married. Foster played soccer and started flag football. Collins started tumbling on Tuesday nights and is enjoying that. Brandt is coaching football again so we went and watched that. I have been enjoying some one on one Lainee time! She is fun to be around when it’s just here! She did run away down the sidewalk and almost crossed the road- a kind man jumped out of his truck and held her hand and walked her back up to me- I didn’t sleep for days. Then she got out the back door one day when I was folding laundry and didn’t hear her got out. All the sudden I heard knocking on the front door, thinking it was the neighbor kids I went and answered it. It was Lainee -ahhhhhhhh...
