July 2017

We started July off with a BANG!
well actually a crash
on the Bike
Going off the jump his dad made him.
Off course he wanted to do it one more time.
He just landed a little sideways but came down right on his chin
It was Thursday so I had the whole crew of kids.
He wasn't even crying but it was gushing blood everywhere
I couldn't tell how bad it was
After I cleaned it I could tell it needed some attention
"Crap your going to need stitches!"
and after that was said the tears came
HE WAS PANICKING
so I called Brennen and made him take him in.
2 Layers and 13 stitches later
he did fine once he got to the Dr
It healed quickly but left behind a nice scar!

I made Brennen build a playhouse, we started with the frame and deck with a sand pile. Then we added some walls.

Foster learned about being a missionary at primary, he was excited!

We went to the Cabin over the 4th of July. We crashed the party at Franklin Basin where some of the rest of the extended family was camping. Foster loves hanging out with the boys. There a good group of kids and we are really glad they find time to come up this way.

They build a pretty sweet fort together too.

Clair, Harper and Collins snuck in even though girls weren't allowed.

Just scouting for deer and elk with Dad.

We hiked up to white pine from the cabin!
The SCENERY = Beautiful
The hike = was ugly ;)

Then we went Tony Grove Lake to hang out for a bit. Foster learned to DAB from the older kids.
It's kinda annoying.

Collins got bit or stung by something and had a puffy eye for a couple days

Sparklers

Brennen snapped this Photo of a dragonfly while working on the playhouse one afternoon.
It's impressive, but not as impressive as he thinks;)

We have a Roof

Brennen went to High Adventure Camp with our ward, they fished, ate, hiked, tubed the river and hung out a bit in park city

He was the only one to catch an actual fish!

Most nights these two end up sleeping on the floor in Collins room together, they are the absolute craziest sleepers. Collins is out of her bed more than she is in it and Foster comes up almost every morning in-between 3-5 --- it stinks its worse than having a newborn I tell ya.

Cowboy Foster at his finest.

Brennen got to play dress up too this summer. He was able to work with the Sports Medicine team at a couple Rodeo's. He played the part really well. I think he is a Cowboy at Heart.

More playhouse progress. These two have become pretty great buddies this summer. They still have there arguments but play well together most of the time. I hope they always are aware of each other and have each others backs.

The kids love to snap random pics.
