We took the boat out one time before Bayli left. It was a good time! Newton Dam is was so full this summer due to all the snow this year. Foster knee boarded and rode the surf board with Dad, but not until Hazel did it first.
Tucker got baptized the second weekend in June. It was a good day! The kids love him and think he is pretty great and so do Brennen and I.
We had a little jacuzzi set up with warmer water to get us warm in-between slides because that water was freezing.
We took advantage of Bayli and asked her to babysit ALOT before she left, this was one of those days- Selfies all day!
We hit up the Logan Aquatic center once this summer. The kids had a great time, it took Foster alot of bribing and coaxing to go down the slide by himself, but he finally did it.
Bayli's farewell, it was a nice hot day and the yard was in perfect shape. We had a yogurt bar and kneaders french toast. It was Fathers day and Bayli had to talk about Father figures and our Heavenly Father, she did a great job. She shared a story about how Foster was scared to go on the knee board and all his cousins started encouraging him to do and then he did it. She related it to our Heavenly Father and how he encourages us. She is the best and we are sure going to miss her ALOT! We know she is doing the best thing she could possibly do but it won't be easy without her. The kids pray for her every night and love seeing pictures and reading letters.
The night before she left we were able to be apart of her setting apart. It was great, her Stake President asked us to try to improve ourselves while she is gone because she will be growing a ton. She gave us her selfie stick so Foster took advantage!!
We came home one afternoon and Champ was staring at our window well. He couldn't quite reach them thank goodness because I would have been heart broken had he killed them. Three little ducklings were stuck in there trying with all there might to get out. We let them out and they hung around the yard for a bit and then left, we don't know if they made it anywhere safely but at least it wasn't our dogs doing if they didn't.
Foster did a little work on the Farm, he drove the four wheeler down the field as they took pipe off the trailer.
Foster broke his first bat, and hopefully not his last. He loves to play ball, he is boy through and through.
Brennen ran the Logan Peak run. He did great and was 15th overall. My mom and dad hiked somewhere to give him a cold dew, lucky him, we waited at the finish line.
We hit up a few Blue Sox games, this was a one of the many awesome sunsets we had this summer.
